Our outpatient clinic provides counseling for individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. Services including assessments, ongoing psychotherapy, medication management and prevention/consultation activities.
OWI Assessment
The OWI assessment is an interview with a certified alcohol and other drug abuse counselor. Information gathered during this assessment includes a full social history and substance use history. All information is confidential within Federal and State guidelines. All costs for OWI must be paid for by the client. Following the completion of your assessment, a Drivers Safety Plan is developed.
The Department of Transportation and court system encourages cooperation with the assessment and recommendations for the Driver Safety Plan. Drivers who do not comply with the assessment and follow through with the Driver Safety Plan will face suspension of their driver's license.

Scheduling an appointment can occur Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by calling (920) 834-7000. The fee must be paid in full prior to scheduling.
