  • Prescription and over-the-counter medicine for pets and people from households. Medications in the following forms are accepted:
    • Capsules
    • Creams
    • Inhalers
    • Liquids (must be in their original container)
    • Non-aerosol sprays
    • Ointments
    • Pills
    • Patches
    • Vials
  • Vaping and e-cigarette devices with the batteries removed

Not Accepted Items

  • Sharps, needles, and syringes
  • Illegal drugs
  • Mercury-containing items, including thermometers
  • Iodine-containing medications
  • Non-medical inhalers
  • Diabetes monitors and supplies
  • Items from businesses
  • Aerosol cans
  • Anything containing blood or bodily fluids
  • Household hazardous waste (paint, oil, gas)
  • Personal care products (shampoo, soaps, sunscreen)
  • Vape/e-cigarette devices with a built-in battery that cannot be removed
